Pillow Academy Ag Auction and Raffle

John Deere XUV 825I Gator
will be
raffled on Thursday, February 23rd at the annual Ag Auction!
 Wade, Inc. has donated a John Deere XUV 825I Gator to Pillow Academy. This
Gator is ready for you! The value is $12,500 and it can be seen at Wade, Inc.
in Greenwood.
In addition to the Gator,
The Booster Club is going to raffle a $1000 Greenwood Shopping Spree donated by
area merchants and a $500 cash prize donated by Cannon Motor Co.! The Ag Auction
will be held on Thursday, February 23rd at Kirk Brothers Ford-Lincoln
beginning at 5:00 p.m. The raffle tickets will be drawn during the Auction.
Proceeds from the raffle will be split between the school and the Booster Club.
Each
student, K4-12, has been asked to sell one book of 10 tickets. The cost of each
ticket is $10.00
The ticket books will be given out Friday, February 3rd!
On each ticket, please
get the name, phone number and email address for each one you sell. If checks
are collected as payment - please have checks made out to Pillow Academy. All
tickets and money need to be returned to first period teachers by Monday,
February 13th. Each student will be responsible for returning at
least 10 tickets - whether sold or unsold. If a student needs more tickets -
please let us know! Extra
books are available from Mrs. Sutphen or your child’s first period teacher!
There are THREE chances to
win! Each ticket is eligible to win one of three prizes:
1st
Prize - John Deere XUV 825I
Gator
2nd Prize -Greenwood area retailers shopping spree - value $1000.00
3rd Prize- $500.00 cash
In addition, the students* that sell the most tickets will receive:
Student with most number of tickets sold - $500
Student with the 2nd highest number of tickets sold - $300
Student with the third number of tickets sold - $200
*Each of these prizes
will be awarded to two students.
Grades K4 through 5 will have a 1st,
2nd, and 3rd place
winner and grades 6-12 will have a 1st,
2nd, and 3rd place
winner!
The ticket and money "due date" - Monday, February 13th.
