Pillow Academy is an independent college preparatory school which serves
approximately 800 students from the six county area in and around
Greenwood, Mississippi. Located just three miles west of Greenwood, Pillow
enrolls students from Leflore, Carroll, Grenada, Holmes, Sunflower,
and Tallahatchie counties in Kindergarten through High School,
offering a unique mixture of academics, athletics, and
extra-curricular activities.

Registration Agreement:

Pre-payment of tuition at the time
or registration will obtain a 3%
discount.

All tuition for the 2010-2011 year
must be paid by
post-dated checks or bank draft*
(unless pre-paying). There are no
exceptions to this rule.

be dated the 1st, 5th,
10th, or 15th.
Monthly pledge payment must be
included with tuition.
There will be a $25.00 processing
fee on all returned checks.

may
be dated the 1st, 5th,
10th, or 15th.

There will be no refunds for monthly
payments which have been deposited.
Payments will be forfeited from May
through the month of notification of
withdrawal. Refunds will be issued
for payments made in full only for
the remaining months of the
contract.

Registration Fee:
$200.00. This payment must be
submitted with application.

All
new families must make a fair share
pledge
of $240.00
per year or $20.00 monthly per
family as long as they have a child
enrolled.

All new families with children
entering grades K - 12 must file an
application, bring a copy of the
student's social security card, and produce a recent report
card or provide achievement test
scores (for students entering Grades
1-12). All
applications and records will be
reviewed by the Board of Directors.
Approval or denial will be
determined on a timely basis.

All children entering the
K5 and First
Grade will be tested. Acceptance or
denial will be determined on a
timely basis.

Express Registration: Registration Form and Method of
Payment
In order to expedite the registration process, please do the
following:
Print the 2010-2011 Registration Form.
Click here to print form. Complete
all paperwork and select your form of payment. Return by mail to Mrs. Kathy Woodson. All Express forms must
be in Mrs. Woodson's office by January 28, 2010. Make sure you
have included both admission application and payment*.
* Payment includes one of the following:
A check for tuition in full
All post-dated checks - completed and signed
A voided check for bank drafts
This
qualifies you to enter the Express Registration Line on February
10th.
Parents/Guardians are still required to come and sign their
contracts during the registration times on February 10th.
The Express Line moves very quickly!
