MONDAY, Feb. 26th / Lesson for Food Vocabulary in Spanish. Go over the note cards packet / Practice pronunciation (The Note cards packet was given in class last Friday, Feb. 23rd). Go over vocabulary from Ch. 4 (Textbook): Translate and write out vocabulary from the following pages with the pictures pp.132, 136, & 298. Rewrite the vocabulary from the side of the line pp. 133, 134, 299 (Top page / Side of the line page) and pg. 300 (Side of the line). REMINDER: The Test for this Lesson will be on Thursday, Feb. 29th. Review material covered in class today. Watch the videos to review food vocabulary in Spanish.

The test covers vocabulary from the Textbook, list of additional food vocabulary words, and note cards packet. Watch some of the videos (from Monday) to review food vocabulary.

MONDAY, Mar. 4th / Project week - Spanish Menu Project. Work on vocabulary and Menu Project in class. Use Chromebooks to search for information for your project. Go over directions for the Project (See the attachment for Directions). DIRECTIONS: Must create a Menu in Spanish with food that belongs to a Latin American country. Countries will be assigned to each student during class time. The Menu must include food vocabulary, prices and colorful drawings. Students have to draw and color the food items. All of the information from the Menu must be handwritten. Use a poster board for the Menu. REMINDER: Bring a ruler, black pen, colored pencils, markers, decorations, and construction paper for class this week. Bring Charged Chromebooks and Headphones. Be prepared for class!!! The project due date will be assigned in class.

Read the information about "Fifteen Questions and Answers on the Quinceanera" document (See the attachment). Use Chromebooks in class this week (MANDATORY). The teacher will be checking that students are working on their Activity Packet during class time (Class participation). REMINDERS: The Activity packet is due Thursday, April 4th. The students have to bring their Charged Chromebooks and headphones for class this week.
