Please note the following for Grades 6-11:
-
- Students that are exempt from exams, do not attend school on the Exam Prep Days: Thursday, May 12th and Monday, May 16th.
- Exams will begin at 8:00 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
- Pillow strongly encourages any student NOT taking an exam to refrain from coming to campus.
- A student may leave at 9:30 (after the first exam) if not taking an exam at 9:45 a.m.
- A student does not need to be at school at 8:00 a.m. if the only exam that day begins at 9:45 a.m.
- Students will be given 1½ hours to complete each exam and will remain in the classroom until the bell rings.
- PA will have a teacher on duty in the Sethi Student Activity Building if a student must be on campus and does not have an exam.
- All students must be in a classroom taking an exam or in the Sethi SAB.
- The first exam will begin at 8:00 a.m. Students who arrive after 8:00 a.m. will not be allowed to take the exam.
- The second exam will begin at 9:45 a.m. Students who arrive after 9:45 a.m. will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Students may bring a small snack to eat between exams.
- Students must wear school uniforms to take exams. Exams missed for dress code violations will not be made up. Students will receive a zero.
- Report Cards will go offline on Monday, May 16th in order for teachers to complete grades and averages for the year.
- Report Cards will be emailed to parents on Friday, May 20th.
