Summer Reading 2021

2021 Summer Reading: Grades 5-12PA Summer Reading

The Pillow Academy English department has planned a more streamlined summer reading experience for 5th-12th grade students. It is our hope that our students enjoy not only these carefully curated book selections, but also have a fun, healthy summer break with family and friends.

Guided reading and/or discussion questions for each book is/are listed below with links to this information on our website. All students should be prepared to turn in completed assignments on the first half day of school in August and should plan for testing on required books on the first or second full day of classes in August. Honors students should plan for testing on their second required book during the first week of classes in August.

A "Click for Instructions" link is included with each course.  Please carefully read these instructions for specific assignments, list of books, dates and deadlines.
