Writing Activity: Students will write a letter to Santa from the point of view of a villain.  They will brainstorm infamous villains from well known children's books and movies. They must convince Santa that they do not deserve a spot on the naughty list and what they are infamous for has all been a misunderstanding. They will have to tell why they should be on the nice list. 
After students complete the brainstorming as a class, they will choose their villains and begin writing. After they write their own stories, they will then draw a picture of their villain. Then, they will share their letter and picture with the class. Classmates will then decide if they think the villains deserve a spot on the nice list . 

A class participation grade will be given for this assignment (wt. of 1)
