You are to create an essay explaining which theory you choose about what happened to the colony on Roanoke Island. You must have an introduction, reason(s) paragraph, and conclusion. You may use clues from the story or find extra research from the internet. Paragraphs must have at least 5 sentences, and there must be at least 3 paragraphs. Below are guidelines to follow as you are writing. All work must be done IN CLASS. 

Introduction- gets started, introduces topic, can use a question or quotes, last sentence must include your theory and the reason(s).
Body paragraphs- one paragraph per reason, include clues from the story or information from internet research
Conclusion- sums up the main/important information from the other paragraphs
