write a one page paper on your personal health, things you do to make your health better, and things you can start doing to further improve your health.  If you do this in class, you must write it on notebook paper and turn it in at the end of class.  If you are absent from class Friday Nov 17th, please submit a typed or scanned written paper here by 5PM.
