Lesson Plans for the Week of January 12 to January 16, 2026
Monday, January 12 - TTW be out at the VA Hospital for the day. TSW complete a packet on Linear Equations and graphing them. This is a refresher/review. The packets are due prior to the end of the class.
Tuesday, January 13 - The Ole Miss Recruiter Josh Aka will be here to speak to my honors classs.
Wednesday, January 14 - TTW introduce Direct and Inverse Variations (4.3). TSW take notes to ensure an understanding of how to use Direct and Inverse Variations. TSW work problems on pages #1-4, and #9-12.
Thursday, January 15 - TTW review Direct and Inverse Variations. TSW compete in a short review game via Kahoots for some bonus points (time permitting).
Friday, January 16 - TSW show an understanding of Direct and Inverse Variations on a short quiz.

Wednesday, December 3rd - TTW provide a review of Rational Equations for a test on Thursday, December 4th.
Thursday, December 4th - TSW take a short test on Solving Rational Equations.

Monday TTW review the tests from Friday. Class did not do well. May have to research and retest.
Tuesday TTW administer a quiz on Adding, Subtracting, and Multiplying Polynomials. Once the quiz is over TTW teach how Dividing polynomials. TSW take notes on the dividing polynomials.
Wednesday TTW continue teaching the operation of dividing polynomials. TSW will complete the practice in the textbook pages; 18-19, numbers 1-14 and 1-16.
Thursday TTW provide a complete review of dividing polynomials . If the students are ready we will proceed with the test on Friday, if not TTW reteach and postpone the test.
Friday TTS will either test or continue on dividing polynomials.
