Honors Geometry-5 Assignments

Monday through Friday TTW provide a comprehensive review of all material taught the first semester. TSW be given an outline of all topics that will be tested on the exam. TSW take notes each day to prepare for the exam. TTW post all daily review items in Google Classroom for the students to review and to study for the exam. Exam will be Monday, December 15th.

Monday, December 1st - TTW introduce the Slope and Equations of Lines. TSW take notes and define their vocabulary words. 

Tuesday, December 2nd - TTW will review material from Monday. TSW work problems to include graphing assigned problems.

Wednesday, December 3th - TTW will provide a comprehensive review on Slope and Equations of Lines for a test on Thursday, December 4th. 

Thursday, December 4th - TSW take a short test on Slope and Equations of Lines to including graphing the line from the equation. 

Friday, December 5th - No school for students this day. PD Day.

Monday, November 17 - TTW introduce Parallel and Transversals. TSW copy down the lesson vocabulary words (there are 8 of them) and the definitions. TTW explain the following topics: interior angles, exterior angles, consecutive interior angles, alternate interior angles, alternate exterior angles, and corresponding angles. 

Tuesday, November 18 - TTW give a quick overview from Monday's lesson. TTW provide problems throughout the lesson and TSW work these problems to show an understanding of the topics from Monday.

Wednesday, November 19 - TSW work problems from their textbook from pages 172 - 174, numbers 1 - 39. If they do not finish they are to complete for homework. 

Thursday, November 20 - TTW provide a complete review of this lesson and the answer any questions or concerns. TSW participate in a review game for bonus points. 

Friday, November 21 - TSW show their understanding of the material from this week on a test.
