Review short and long vowel rules-coding short vowels with a breve and long with a macron
Review twin consonants (slash the second twin when coding)
Read and spell with g  (rat, rip, rest)

Complete worksheet 19  ( work and check together on smart board)
HW: Continue to work on spelling.  Due by Thursday- Study spelling and dictation for a test tomorrow
 Review class work for a daily grade Friday  (numbers 1through 10 are a review of sounds and codes for the daily grade)   Look over the words we code on morning work to also help prepare for the grade

Thursday-
Spelling and dictation test given orally

Lesson 21 Letter Kk- key picture kite    (K is only used before e, i, or y)
Review sounds learned to date for test tomorrow (n, o, t, p, i, l, a, s, z, d, f, h, g, and blends with these sounds)
Practice reading words made with the sounds k learned. (kit, kiss, skin)
Read phonics reader 4

HW:  
Review class work for a daily grade tomorrow  (numbers 1through 10 are a review of sounds and codes for the daily grade)
   Look over the words we code on morning work to also help prepare for the grade
