Admission and Registration 2026 - 2027

Registration information and forms are available on our website and are accessible to print out and complete or to complete online for returning families. Please call or email Director of Admissions, Catherine Fisher, if you would like to schedule an appointment for a school tour, to obtain additional information, to schedule testing for an incoming new student, or to deliver a completed Application for Admission.

Tuition and Fees

2026-2027 Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee: $225.00

This payment must be submitted with all new family applications. Fee will be waived for all current families that register by February 12, 2026.

Pledge Fee: $240.00

All families must make a fair share pledge of $240.00 per year as long as they have a child enrolled. This can be paid in one lump sum or 12 monthly payments.

Plan I - Payment by the Month

Bank Draft-1st or 15th of each month. Must complete a bank draft authorization financial agreement found in the enrollment packet.

Plan II - Payment in Full

This is a one-time payment for the full tuition and pledge amounts payable by a post-dated check with a date on or before March 31, 2026, (included with the completed registration packet due by February 12, 2026); or by a one time credit card payment (together with a 3.95% credit card fee) arranged through Catherine Fisher; or by a one time bank draft payable on March 31, 2026. To avoid a registration fee, the completed registration packet and method of payment must be received by February 12, 2026, with no exceptions. Payment in full after the March 31st deadline will not receive the 3% discount on tuition. The discount is not applicable to the $240.00 Pledge Fee which also must be paid in full to receive the discount on tuition.

Family with Returning Student Information

Family with Returning Student:

The signed and completed Educational Enrollment Contract and Financial Agreement for 2026 - 2027 Term can be completed online or printed and returned to the admissions office by mail or in person by February 12, 2026. The registration fee will be waived for families with returning students who meet the February 12th deadline. Any packet received after February 12th must be accompanied by the $225.00 registration fee (without exception).

Family with New Student Admission:

For new students, the completed Application for Admission and supporting documentation should be delivered in person by appointment to the Director of Admissions, Catherine Fisher, by February 12, 2026. Her contact information is listed above and her office is located in the Hardeman Hall Business Office (the high school building). The $225.00 non-refundable registration fee must accompany the completed application to be considered for enrollment. Upon receipt of the completed enrollment packet and registration fee, the admissions department will contact you with a date and time for your child’s testing.
