Lesson plans for the week of August 24-28, 2026
Monday, August 24, TTW introduce factoring polynomials . TSW take notes as we go through the different types of factoring. They are encouraged to ask questions as we go through. TSW work problems for each type of factoring through the lesson.
Tuesday, August 25, TTW review the notes from Monday asking any questions from the students. TSW work problems assigned but the teacher, if they do not finish they will be required to finish for homework.
Wednesday, August 26th, TTW start with the ACT question of the week. TSW work more problems on the different types of factoring of polynomials.
Thursday, August 27th, TTW review the types of factoring covered this week in preparation for the test on Friday.
Friday, August 28th, TSW take a short test on the types of factoring polynomials that were covered this week.

Monday, August 17 TTW review the students from Friday. Waiting on one student to take the test. TTW introduce and review dividing polynomials. Did not test on dividing polynomials last week. TTW also go over Expanded the Binomial Cubed. TSW take notes and ask/answer questions as th teacher goes through the lesson.
Tuesday, August 18 TTW not be in school this day. TSW complete the adding, subtracting, and multiplying binomials. This will be a good review and a preparation for Friday’s test.
Wednesday, August 19 TTW review dividing polynomials. TSW complete problems on dividing binomials and polynomials. TTW do the ACT problem of the week.
