Due:
This week, students will be introduced to the Bob Jones Spelling 3 curriculum to set them up for success with our weekly routines and expectations. We will cover:
Paper Setup: Practicing how to correctly format notebook paper for weekly spelling tests.
Testing & Dictation: Discussing test expectations, including dictation sentences.
Classwork & Grading: Reviewing the weekly assignment (writing spelling words 3x each), which is due on Thursday and graded for both spelling accuracy and cursive handwriting.
Homework Policy: Clarifying that nightly homework consists of studying list words, as well as finishing any remaining classwork on Wednesday night if it was not completed in class.
