Monday
1.Introduce the new sight words for the week. 
2. Read the stories, “Fluff is Missing” on pages 112-121, “Go Away Otto” on pages 122-143, and “Helping at Home” on pages 144-147.
3. Discuss the stories.
4. Discuss summarizing and drawing conclusions.
5. Complete a comprehension worksheet for the story, Fluff is Missing.

Homework: Review the sight words for a test on Friday.

Tuesday
1. Review the sight words for a test on Friday.
2. Have the class read, “Fluff is Missing” on pages 112-121.
3. We will read the phonics reader, “Fiddle Time” as a class.
4. Discuss the stories.
5. If time, complete the learning center and independent seatwork reviewing missing sounds in each word along with sentence practice. Name the Missing Sounds
6. We will also complete a comprehension worksheet that goes along with the phonics reader as well as a sight word graphing page.

Homework: Review the sight words for a test on Friday. Read and have signed the phonics reader, #19 and return.

Wednesday
1.Review the sight words for a test on Friday.
2. Have the class read “Go Away Otto” on pages 122-143 and “Helping at Home” on pages 144-147.
3. Discuss the stories.
4. Complete a comprehension worksheet for Go Away Otto.
